WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Please note we do not accept cheques, postal orders or bank transfers.
At Lovin iT Hair, we only charge you for goods once we dispatch the items you've ordered.
If there are any items on your order which are not in stock, you will not be charged for them until we actually dispatch them to you. If for some reason, we can't fulfill your order, you'll be notified either by email or telephone.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You must contact us first at (lovinithair@gmail.com) within the fifteen (15) day return period of receiving your order. All Lovin It Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued.
We will then provide you with our return address which is in Los Angeles County Area, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number due to Lovin It Hair not being responsible for any lost returns.
